Infinity protects Welbourne House

Welbourne House is a multi-use new development located in Tottenham Hale, North London. The development will house a number of new apartments within easy reach of London Bus and Underground services; the development will also include two Doctor practices

Infinity were selected to provide CCTV and Access Control and Intercom systems for the premises. Providing High Definition (HD) cameras to cover the building as well as ensuring all entrances/exits have intercom communication to reception.

To facilitate a secure working enrvionment, Infinity Access Control was selected to ensure staff, visitors and contractors are given access to only the specific areas that they require.

An important consideration was how to allow multiple Doctor practices to operate together, and separately, to facilitate both a global and separated set of access controlled rights. Infinity was able to do this via a "tennant and landlord" configuration whereby one of the Doctor practices is designated as the landlord and other is a tennant; this allows a separation of rights for each with a global set of rights for things like communcal entrances and exits.
