Usage
The purchase of any Infinity software product permits the customer a single license for the installation (if required) and use on a designated - or approved - hardware device of said software product. The license permits the customer - and the customer only to use said software product. The ownership of the software product remains in the possession of Infinity Electronics Ltd and the license of use permitted to the customer at the time of purchase, can be revoked at any time without entitlement to a refund at a time/date at the sole discretion of Infinity Electronics Ltd, without prior need of notification to the customer.
The purchase of any Infinity product or service grants the customer the right to use said product or service within the realms of its intended use. Any detections of misuse or notifications of misuse made to Infinity Electronics Ltd can result in the immediate revoke of the granted license at a time/date at the sole discretion of Infinity Electronics Ltd, without prior need of notification to the customer.
Duration
All Infinity products, both hardware and software, come with a minimum 12 month warranty. If documentation, box wording or other other literature does not implicity state warranty length, then the product in question has a 12 month warranty only.
Some Infinity products, both hardware and software, come with extended warranties by default. These will be either 24 month or 36 month warranties. Extended warranties will be documented either on the box of a product, or the literature that comes within the packaging, or via displayed messages (such as on computer software, app store or similar).
If you require clarification on the warranty length of your product, please visit the contact us page and provide the product model and serial number and we would be happy to confirm the warranty duration for you.
We understand that protection and peace of mind are important and knowing that your product is covered should any damage occur is a great relief. Warranties can be extended by buying 12 month or 36 month packages. Please head over to the support page where details on the warranty and how to purchase them can be found.
Policy
Warranties, regardless of product or duration, come into effect from the date of purchase (note if a product is bought as a present and not presented for several weeks after purchase, the warranty is active from the moment the product is bought, not initially turned on).

Our liability for any claim for loss or damage or death or any other situation shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods, excluding any delivery or other fees applicable as part of the sale. -
Infinity product warranties do not cover any damage to any product (cosmetic), actual (resulting in inoperability) or fatal (complete loss of operation). Warranties only cover issues for cosmetic purposes (physical) before initial operation, outside of the designated admitted policy areas which can be found in the full Warranty Terms on this website. Issues to do with ongoing (physical) performance are limited to faults with I/O connectors, supplied accessories (only those directly supplied by Infinity) or internal hardware. Issues to do with the unit on initial bootup or ongoing operation (software) are covered by Infinity for software written by Infinity only. Infinity software makes use of Android/Linux code bases and any issues found to be related to those (such as kernel, application layer and so on) may be directed by us for the customer to take up directly with Google or the Linux distributon provider. -
Infinity warranties are non-negotiable and apply directly to customers who make purchases from Infinity Electronics Ltd, or from any retailer partner of Infinity. If you are unsure if your source of Infinity products is a partner or not, simply contact us and we would be happy to clarify for you. Please Note:- any Infinity products bought second-hand (known as "used") or from any retailer that is not a partner will not be covered by any Infinity warranty at all. Warranties apply to approved sales only; any purchase from a non-approved source will not carry any warranty or support obligation. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact Infinity immediately with your product model and your serial number and we can confirm your purchase approval and warranty status.
Infinity warranties are non-transferrable and Infinity Electronics Ltd reserves the right to change or revoke or to not adhere to these warranties if there is cause to do so. This is at the discretion of Infinity Electronics Ltd and without the need for any warnings or prior notice. -
Accessories supplied in any box including (but not limited to) cables, mains adaptors, SD cards and their adaptors,
screen protectors, cases (gel or leather), earphones/earbuds, SIM Tool or anything supplied in addition to the main
Infinity device; are supplied as a complimentary gift only. No warranty, liability, responsibility is applied to
these items. Warranties are only for the main Infinity device be it Phone, Tablet, Watch or other device. Any
accessory provided and supplied in the box is excluded from any warranty, claim or other.
Should any accessory fail to perform, become damaged, break, become unusable, is lost or its condition and performance is not as it was as purchased - regardless of how quickly this happens - then the customer is free to purchase replacement accessories from Infinity Electronics. For cables, mains plugs or similar, the customer is free to use any compatible third party product to provide the necessary functionality. Infinity Electronics Ltd cannot confirm if these accessories are in stock at any time however it will endeavour to provide them to the customer, as a purchase/sale within 3-4 weeks. -
Infinity warranties do not cover any ailments/problems/defects to any products or software where the cause of these ailments/problems/defects can be proven to be down to misuse (including mishandling and misoperation with or by non-approved equipment and accessories). Furthermore any misuse of hardware/software immediately invalidates all support and warranty obligations on behalf of Infinity Electronics Ltd. Furthermore, any use of non-approved accessories or processes for the use, handling or other with relation to caring or use of a product or software product, invalidates your warrantly and indeminifies us from any support obligations.
In the event of a faulty product that complies with the Dead On Arrival ("DOA") conditions (to the discretion of Infinity electronics Ltd in any case) the customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to notify Infinity of their situation and intention to seek a replacement. Return item(s) will be inspected by Infinity to ensure condition described is accurate and that warranty has not been breached.
In the event of a fault or DOA that is within conditions, and approved by Infinity, the customer may decide they do not want a replacement or repair, the customer may request a refund to the maximum value of the product(s) they purchased. No refunds for any carriage or additional items will be provided. -
In the event of a faulty product that complies with the Dead On Arrival ("DOA") conditions (to the discretion of Infinity Electronics Ltd in any case) the customer bears all costs to return faulty item(s) for inspection and/or repair. -
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions. -
We may assign or transfer any of our rights or sub contract any of our obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with our specific permission in writing. -
If any monies are rightfully owed to us by anyone who makes a purchase from us, the debt and any personal details we hold, shall be passed on to any third parties who assist or become responsible for, the return and clearance of said debt(s). -
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime and any such changes will be updated in this section on our website. It is the responsbility of any customer, or potential customer, to check the terms and conditions at the time of placing an order as order placement automatically confirms a customer agrees unilaterally to these terms. -
There may be links on our website to third party websites which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not have any control over the content of these websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained on these websites. -
These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and ourselves and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship. -
All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website, or within any product of software product, as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited. -
We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any product or pricing information which we place on the site but we make no warranties (whether express or implied) in relation to the accuracy of such information). -
We may refuse to trade or to terminate our trading relationship by giving you notice of at least 1 (one) day. This does not affect your obligation to repay any amounts you owe to us. -
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions, representations, undertakings and agreements. You accept them in their entirety when you place an order with us.

In the event you experience any faults or problems with any Infinity physical or software product after purchase and/or initial operation, please contact Infinity Electronics Ltd via the contact information on any literature that came with your product. If any items are purchased through a retailer or e-tailer then immeditaltey contact said seller to initiate the rectification procedure. -
**Please Note:- Warranty inspections and repairs are only valid if conducted by Infinity Electronics Ltd. Any issues should be brought to the attention of Infinity Electronics Ltd via direct contact from this website or the contact information provided with your product. Alternatively, if purchased via an approved retail channel, the store or website should be contacted first. If inspections and/or repairs are carried out by any party other than Infinity Electronics Ltd, then your warranty is immediately void and no support will be provided should any issues continue or arise, as a result or after having, inspections and/or repairs carried out by anyone other than Infinity Electronics Ltd.
The Terms and Conditions of all Warranty, Privacy, Use of Infinity products, Infinity post-sales support
(known as "InfiniteCare") and all other services and support
offered by Infinity, are subject to the relative terms of service for each applicable service.
