We know that once you've ordered something, you want it! Like, you want it right now! So let us help reassure you that once you've placed your order, we have the necessary staff and network in place to get your items to you so you can start enjoying them ASAP.

Whilst we aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction we understand that sometimes you change your mind or a purchase is not the right fit for you. Don't worry.....relax. We have a Returns & Refunds procecure in place to take care of those times where you feel your purchase just isn't right for you and you want to return it.

UK Deliveries

**Disclaimer:- Whilst every effort is made to only sell products that are in stock and fulfillable at the point of order; due to online concurrent ordering systems, albeit extremely rare in occurance, it is possible for multiple customers to attempt to purchase an item at identical points in time. If said item happens to be the last item in stock, one or more customers will be notified that their chosen item is out of stock - they have the option for a full immediate refund or for their purchase to reserve said item and have it dispatched at the moment it next comes back into stock. Infinity Electronics makes every effort to only sell items that are in stock but cannot accept any liability, responsbility or blame if an item happens to go out of stock at, or shortly after, a customer places an order. The assumption from here on in is that items and orders are in stock during the order process.

Once ordered and stock is allocated to your order, items are dispatched within 1 (one) working day from the date of order. Items are sent via bonafide couriers such as DHL, FedEx/TNT, UPS or similar. Mainland UK will have items delivered within 1 (one) working day with exception to Scottish Highlands which is fulfilled on a 2 (two) working days service. Northern Ireland and any Island territories of the UK, are served on a 2 (two) or 3 (three) working day service - delivery fulfiment time will be shown during the checkout and confirmed on your order acknowledgment email(s) whereby you will receive your tracking info.

These can include Industrial Action, General (national) elections, National and/or International holidays, Environmental and/or other Weather events, Military Coup, Force Majeure, Acts of God or any other event that would be negative to delivery operations outside normal operating conditions. This can have a knock-on effect in many ways including disruption for order processing systems, delays and disruption at warehoues and distribution centres, issues and delays within courier logistics networks. Returns

Although manufactured and coded to extremely high standards, electronics products of hardware and software variety can encounter some rare issues. Infinity has a support network in place should any issues arise. If you experience faults or issues with your physical or software product, please see the below so that we may assist you in the quickest time.


  1. In the event you experience any faults, problems with any Infinity physical or software product after purchase and/or initial operation, or your simply change your mind within 14 days of purchase with your item(s) unused and in new condition as it arrived to you, please contact Infinity Electronics via the contact information on any literature that came with your product. Alternatively you can contact Infintiy via the contact us page on this website. Please ensure your message clearly informs Infinity of your request to return item(s) for a refund with a brief explanation as to your reason(s) why and with your product(s) model(s) and serial number(s) to assist us to process your request as quickly as possible.

    Returns are only accepted if an item arrives in a faulty/inoperable condition which is known as Dead On Arrival ("DOA") or if the buyer has not opened packaging and wishes to return their item(s) within 14 days of the order date - not date of receiving item(s).


  2. If any items are purchased through an Infinity retail partner then the customer should immeditaltey contact said seller to initiate the returns procedure.


  3. The customer must arrange and pay for any costs to return item(s) to Infinity.


  4. Returned items are inspected by Infinity Electronics. Once Infinity has confirmed the faulty/DOA status, or agrees item(s) are returned in unopened, brand new condition, will this be accepted and the return is accepted. The customer then must notify Infinity of their intention to receive a refund.
